A dedicated chauffeur will meet you at your doorstep, ensuring a comfortable and serene drive straight to Heathrow Airport.
Arrival
Upon arrival at our private suite, you’ll be greeted by one of our doormen, who will escort you inside to meet your personal butler. From there, you can unwind in your private lounge, enjoying your time exactly as you wish until your flight is ready.
Your Lounge
Expertly designed with a blend of style and sophistication, each of our private lounges offers the perfect setting to relax, focus on work, or enjoy time with your guests or family. The exquisite artwork is thoughtfully curated by our partner, Tanya Baxter Contemporary.
Dining and Shopping
Indulge in a light and seasonal menu crafted by British Michelin-starred chef Jason Atherton. From light snacks to more indulgent dishes, our menu offers a variety of options, with meals prepared daily from 5:30 AM to 10:00 PM. Outside these hours, a drinks-only service is available, ensuring your time at Windsor Suite feels as comfortable as being at home. Additionally, you can explore the terminals with your personal shopper.
Boarding
All security procedures are conducted within the exclusive Windsor Suite. When your flight is ready, you’ll be driven directly to the aircraft in comfort.

Upon landing, our team will be there to greet you. You’ll be swiftly transported in a luxury vehicle to your private lounge within our exclusive suite, while we take care of collecting your luggage.
Your Lounge
Relax in your private lounge with our attentive hospitality. Enjoy our à la carte menu available from 5:30 AM to 10:00 PM, or savor drinks outside of these hours, all while spending time with your guests. Meanwhile, immigration formalities are managed within the suite.
Leaving the Airport
After completing immigration and receiving your luggage, you’ll be escorted to your chauffeur-driven car, ready to take you to your destination.
Connecting
We ensure your transfer is effortless and relaxing with our seamless service.
Arrival
Our team will greet you as soon as you step off the plane and guide you to your private lounge. Each lounge is designed with comfort and style, perfect for relaxing or getting some work done. You can also enjoy a meal from our seasonal menu, created by a Michelin-starred chef.
Departure
When it’s time for your flight, you’ll pass through our private security area and then be driven straight to the plane in a private car.
Formalities taken care of
At Heathrow VIP, we handle all airport procedures for you. We know your time is valuable, so we take care of everything, allowing you to focus on what matters most. All formalities are smoothly managed within our exclusive suite, away from the busy airport.
Checking In
Flying with Heathrow VIP is like checking into a luxury hotel. When you arrive, we’ll take your passports, flight details, and luggage.
Your airline will weigh and tag your bags, then give us your boarding pass and baggage tags. We’ll return everything to you before your flight, all while you relax in your private lounge.
Security
For our VIP guests, we offer private security services, so you can stay within the suite area at all times. The security rules are the same as for any traveler at Heathrow, but with VIP treatment, all checks are done privately in our suite.
Immigration and Customs
We show your passport to the Border Force officers on site. If any additional checks are needed, they will be done privately. We also handle all customs procedures for you, taking care of any declarations while you stay comfortable in your lounge.

HEATHROW PERSONAL SHOPPER SERVICE
Our personalized and complimentary shopping service, led by a team of multilingual personal shoppers, is designed to enhance your retail experience. They know exactly where to find your favorite brands and can provide expert style advice, whether you’re looking for the perfect gift or something for yourself.
Your personal shopper will accompany you to the terminal of your choice, allowing you to shop at your own pace and explore the amazing retail options at Heathrow Airport. Just let us know, and we’ll arrange everything for you.
CHAUFFEUR SERVICE
We are delighted to offer complimentary chauffeur pick-up or drop-off between Heathrow VIP and London. Guests booking the Black Service will be asked to provide their pick-up or drop-off details at the time of booking.
SPECIAL REQUESTS
Your booking includes up to two hours of departure services and one hour of arrival services. If you’d like to extend your time with us, please let us know when you make your booking.
We initially book you for up to two hours in the suite, but if you wish to extend your stay, please inform us before you arrive.
