Windsor Suite provides exclusive VIP services at Heathrow Airport, offering a premium travel experience tailored to your needs. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Services Details
Our services include personalized meet and greet, private security checks, luxury chauffeur transfers, and access to private suites with bespoke hospitality. The availability of services may vary depending on your booking, and all services are subject to prior confirmation and availability. Specific details regarding each service will be communicated at the time of booking.
2. Payment Terms
All bookings must be confirmed with full payment in advance. Prices are quoted in GBP and are subject to VAT where applicable. Payments can be made via our secure online payment portal or through bank transfer. We reserve the right to cancel services if payment is not received on time.
3. Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled service to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of the service. In the event of a no-show, the full amount will be charged.
4. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
We strive to offer the highest level of service. If you are not satisfied with your experience, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of your service. We will investigate your complaint and aim to resolve it promptly. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it will be subject to the governing law and jurisdiction as outlined below.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, branding, and materials associated with Windsor Suite are the intellectual property of Windsor Suite or our licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is prohibited.
6. Third-Party Services
Some services, such as chauffeur transfers, may be provided by third-party suppliers. While we carefully select our partners, we are not responsible for the actions or omissions of these third parties. Any disputes related to third-party services should be directed to the service provider.
7. Liability
Windsor Suite is not liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to travel disruptions, weather conditions, or actions by third-party providers. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service affected.
8. Children's Services
Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Windsor Suite services are designed for adult passengers, and any special requirements for children should be communicated at the time of booking.
9. Data Protection and Security
We take the security and privacy of your personal information seriously. All data collected during the booking process is handled in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR. We use secure systems to protect your data and will only share it with third parties as necessary to provide our services.
10. Compliance with Laws
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using our services, including airport security requirements. Any violation of these laws may result in the termination of services without refund.
11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delays, cancellations, or failures to provide services caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen events.
12. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. Modifications to Terms
Windsor Suite reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
